Shipping Policy
Orr & Kin Outdoor Co. products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partners. We currently ship within the United States.
Production time
Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, inventory delays, or when an item needs to be reprinted after quality inspection.
Estimated delivery
- Economy: approximately 4–8 business days after production.
- Standard: approximately 2–5 business days after production.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Shipping charges
Available shipping methods and charges are displayed at checkout. Products fulfilled separately, including stickers, may arrive in separate packages and may have separate shipping charges.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available. Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.
Address accuracy
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order. Customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us immediately at brian@orrandkinoutdoor.com if you notice an address error; changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking has not updated or your package appears lost, contact us with your order number. We will review the shipment with the carrier and fulfillment provider and determine the available resolution.
