This website is operated by Orr & Kin Outdoor Co. Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Orr & Kin Outdoor Co. By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund Policies. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this website. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, transmit malicious code, interfere with the website, or violate the rights of others.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, images, pricing, and availability accurately. Screen settings and garment-dye variations may cause colors to appear different in person. Because our products are made to order, minor variations may occur. We may change or discontinue products, limit quantities, or refuse sales where permitted by law.

3. ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and we send confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order if we suspect fraud, pricing error, unauthorized resale, or another violation of these Terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

Products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners. Production and transit estimates are not guarantees. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Shipping terms, delivery estimates, qualifying free-shipping offers, address responsibilities, tracking, and delayed or lost package procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS

Because products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for selecting the wrong size or color or for changing your mind. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may qualify for a replacement or refund when reported as described in our Return and Refund Policy. Cancellation requests can only be considered before production begins. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

Information on this website is provided for general use and may not always be complete, current, or error-free. We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and update information or cancel orders affected by material errors, subject to applicable law.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and certain products are fulfilled through Printify and its production partners. We may also use third-party payment, analytics, marketing, and communication services. Third-party websites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or services except where applicable law provides otherwise.
